Use the Admin Tools, User Group & Program page
- Search for your Program using the Quick Access Menu
- Click EDIT next to Give Permission To
In the Give Permission To popup window:
- Select the User Group(s) to assign permission
- Click SAVE

Roles are now assigned to a User Group and the User Group is assigned to the User

There are two ways to do this –
If you are adding multiple users to a user group, this is the easiest way:
