There are three supported scenarios:
Duplicate clients
- Wendyc P is in her own account A. She is actually the same person as Wendy P in account B
- Application Merge tab
- Search Wendyc in Source and search Wendy in Target
- Move all of Wendyc applications to Wendy
- Result: Wendyc is now in BOTH account A as the account owner and account B as household member
- Delete Wendyc from account A in Source – the DELETE button will display only when the client does not have any applications in the account
- Result: Wendyc will now only be in account B
- Client Merge tab
- Search Wendyc in Source and search Wendy in Target
- Merge Wendyc into Wendy
- Result: the system will now only have Wendy in account B
Members in wrong account
- Mike P is the child of Wendy P, but accidentally has been created in his own account C. He should be part of Wendy’s household in account B
- Application Merge tab
- Search Mike in Source and search Wendy in Target
- Move all of Mike’s applications to Wendy
- Result: Mike is now in BOTH account C as account owner and account B as household member
- Delete Mike from Account C in Source – the DELETE button will display only when the client does not have any applications in the account
- Result: Mike is now only with Wendy in account B
Individual application vs Household application merge
- Application Merge tab:
- For individual program in the Source, you will have to click NEW APPLICATION for merge
- For active household program in both Source and Target, you will simply select the same program in Target and click MERGE in the Source application
- For inactive household program in one of Source or Target, or both are inactive, you will simply click NEW APPLICATION for application merge
